Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

By using DevRouter, you agree to access and use the service under these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

1. Service scope

DevRouter provides features related to AI API routing, provider access, console configuration, logs, and runtime visibility. Available capabilities depend on the current product, plan, and documentation.

We may reasonably iterate on, adjust, or retire non-core features, but we will not arbitrarily remove the core service capabilities that you have paid for.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, API keys, provider credentials, and actions taken by members inside your tenant, and you must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access.

If you discover credential leakage, account anomalies, or suspected abuse, you must rotate secrets, suspend relevant access, and notify us promptly.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to bypass security controls, attack third-party systems, distribute malware, or perform destructive automation.

You also may not use the service in ways that violate upstream model provider terms, cloud platform restrictions, or applicable law.

4. Your data and responsibilities

You retain rights to the configuration, request content, and business data you submit to DevRouter, and you are responsible for having the right to process and forward that data.

For third-party model providers, cloud platforms, and external systems that you choose to connect, we do not independently guarantee their pricing, availability, or quality of service.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we disclaim additional warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Except for intentional misconduct or liability that cannot be limited by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security risk, or engage in clear abuse.

You may also stop using the service at any time, but doing so does not remove previously incurred fees, legal duties, or audit obligations.
