Refund and Dispute Policy

All payments made to DevRouter are handled under this policy. If you have a question or concern, contact us at support@devrouter.ai before taking further action.

1. Eligible refunds

Unused balance from a top-up purchase is eligible for a refund if you request it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If a service outage prevented you from using the service for an extended period, we will review the affected window and may issue credits on a case-by-case basis.

Credits that have already been consumed and fees for services already rendered are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@devrouter.ai with your registered email address, purchase date, and a brief description of your reason.

We will respond within 5 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge, please contact support@devrouter.ai before filing a dispute with your card issuer. Reaching out directly lets us resolve the issue faster.

If a chargeback is filed without attempting to resolve the matter with us first, we may suspend service to the associated account.

4. Governing law

This policy complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and payment regulations in the jurisdictions where Flowith, LLC operates.
