Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 11, 2026

We process data only to the extent necessary to operate DevRouter, secure accounts, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with legal obligations. If a purpose is not described on this page, it is not assumed by default.

1. Information we collect

When you register, sign in, configure providers, create API keys, or contact support, we process account details, authentication credentials, basic contact information, and service configuration metadata.

When you use routing, logs, console, or documentation features, we process access logs, request metadata, error events, browser and device information, and the configuration content you explicitly submit.

Unless a product capability explicitly requires it, we do not retain full model conversation content for marketing purposes.

2. How we use information

To provide account registration, sign-in, authorization, tenant isolation, provider routing, console configuration, runtime monitoring, and troubleshooting.

To protect the service through risk detection, abuse prevention, access auditing, anomaly alerting, and traceability for sensitive actions.

To improve the product by diagnosing compatibility issues, understanding feature quality, and refining documentation guidance.

3. Retention and deletion

We retain only the data needed to operate the service, satisfy contractual duties, and comply with legal requirements, and we aim to keep retention periods as short as practical.

When you delete an account, remove resources, or submit a deletion request, we remove data that is no longer required within a reasonable period unless law, audit, or security obligations require continued retention.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We disclose the minimum necessary data to third-party processors only when it is required to provide the service, comply with law, protect system security, or when you explicitly authorize the disclosure.

5. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of processing for data related to you.

If you have questions about our privacy practices, contact us through the product support channel or your business contact.
